For persons requiring a single room, the Single Supplemental cost is applied. Right is reserved to substitute hotels for those specified in the itinerary whenever necessary. Please note that accommodation check-in times vary throughout China .
Baggage allowance
Free airline baggage allowance for the international flight is 2 pieces per person with combined maximum linear dimensions of 107", for the domestic flight within China is 1 bag with no more than 44 Pounds (20KG). We recommend for efficient travel that each passenger travel with only one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Excessive number, size, or weight of luggage may result in your inconvenience and/or surcharge
No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the tour participant's belongings. Baggage Insurance is recommended.
Service inquiries after your tour
If after returning from the tour, you wish to inquire about any tour services provided, please ensure that all correspondence relating to those services is received by Tibet Travel Service, within 60 days after the tour completion date. This will enable Tibet Travel Service to make a timely investigation.
Holidays
During local of national holidays, certain facilities such as museums, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
Insurance
We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, accident, health and baggage. This is for your own protection.

Safety
Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by Tibet Travel Service, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of travelling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means of transportation; the forces of nature, political unrest and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Tibet Travel Service will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Tibet Travel Service will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.
Responsibility
Tibet Travel Service is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered its website, including transportation, sightseeing, and accommodations.
The carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or joint ventures with Tibet Travel Service or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by Tibet Travel Service are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.
If, after tour departure, the services included in the tour cannot be supplied, or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of Tibet Travel Service, we will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by travelers and any resulting saving will be refunded by Tibet Travel Service to tour participants.
Tibet Travel Service reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever Tibet Travel Service deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time.
The tour participant agrees that neither Tibet Travel Service nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services, or any insurer or insurance administrator of the Travel Protection Plan, or of any other person.
Legal proceedings against Tibet Travel Service may be instituted only in a court within the Peoples Republic of China , and any claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of the Peoples Republic of China . Any legal proceedings against Tibet Travel Service must be commenced within 180 days following the date of tour completion. Neither Tibet Travel Service nor any affiliate shall in any case be liable for other than compensatory damages, and you hereby waive any right to punitive damages.
No person, other than an authorized representative of Tibet Travel Service by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this website, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
