Hello Michael,
My mother and I had the BEST time ever on a trip. It truly was a trip of a lifetime. Amanda, the tour guide you set us up with was the cutest thing. She was very friendly and knowlegable. She spoke perfect english! No matter what we wanted to do she was always willing. She was truly a delight.
On our last day, while leaving for Chengdu, Amanda brought us into the airport and helped check us in with the ticket agent. It is amazing how attached we became to Amanda in such a short time. We now have a friend for life!
Our driver, Mr Wang, also was very nice. His driving skills were excellent. He did not speak any English but was always trying to understand and speak with Amanda to converse with us. Both he and Amanda got along so well we thought they worked as a team. Only on the last day we found out that they had just met on this trip.
The remainder of our trip went well, Chengdu and the Yangtze River, but the travel agent my cousin used was not as good as you. I have recommended that they use Tibet Travel Service the next time they have to set a trip up in China.

Hi Michael,
Our trip to Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou was great. The only regret we have is how little we could eat. All the meals were great but we just ran out of time to visit all the restaurants that I had in mind. I believe we'll go back again in the near future by ourselves to visit places/restaurants we missed on this trip.
The guides (Stephen) and driver (Mr. Ma) in Shanghai were great. They both are very knowledgeable and accommodating. The Central Hotel (Wang Bao Ho) is very good in it's services and location. We could walk to many attractions in Shanghai in 20 minutes.
In all, we enjoyed our trip and thank you for your services.
