The "Intellectual Property Rights Week" has raised its curtain in Tibet.
Shock action sampling checking has been taken among more than 20 media products and book sellers around Barkor Street and Sun Island. The examination team introduced the importance of protecting intellectual property rights to the sellers and the public. Over 3,000 copies of pirate CDs and books were captured on site.
The activity will last one week and on April 26, the day of the 7th Intellectual property rights protection day, Lhasa Saikang Marketplace will publicize on streets for intellectual property rights protection. There will not only be related law introduction, but consultation will be given and impeach and appeal from crowd will be accepted as well.
