The one-month 2007 Lhasa Cultural Festival was concluded on July 18 with Champa Kalden, Nyima Tsering, officials from TAR government attending the closing ceremony.
During the Festival, 16 performances with 268 programs have been offered to 150,000 locals by 1,500 staffers. Three publicizing activities about science & technology, sanitation, law and gardening are organized and 66,000 pieces of materials have been offered to locals.
