Medicines
Medicines and sanitary items are not readily available. Please carry your own 'survival kit'. It is a good idea to have a duplicate supply of all essential medically prescribed drugs and carry these separately in your carry-on bags. It may also be useful to bring aspirin, over-the-counter medicine for flu, indigestion, motion sickness, etc.
